This isn’t your average summer camp. This is the forging ground. At Malta Fight Co., we believe the gym is where character is built. Our STRIKEZONE summer program is a 3.5-hour daily grind designed to teach the raw fundamentals of combat sports in a safe, structured, and highly disciplined environment. We aren’t here to just keep the youth busy; we are here to build their resilience, forge unbreakable confidence, and teach them what it means to put in the work.
By stripping combat sports down to their core elements—Boxing, Muay Thai, Kickboxing, and Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)—we give the next generation a rock-solid, well-rounded foundation in striking, grappling, movement and most importantly – mindset.
100% hustle. Each 3-hour session is a deep dive into the art and science of fighting, giving students the time they need to drill techniques until they become second nature. LevelOne stays strictly no-contact to build a flawless technical foundation, while our Youth Team gear up for controlled, technical sparring to test their mettle under pressure.
Boxing Fundamentals (The Sweet Science): We drill the mechanics of hand-eye coordination, head movement, and classic, heavy-hitting combinations.
Muay Thai & Kickboxing (The Art of Eight Limbs): Students learn to throw controlled kicks, devastating knees, and sharp elbow strikes.
MMA, Wrestling & BJJ (Taking it to the Mat): You have to know how to fight everywhere. On dedicated days, we shift focus to Mixed Martial Arts, teaching fundamental wrestling takedowns, dominant positional control, and essential Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu techniques.
Footwork & Agility: You can’t fight if you can’t move. We run drills that build balance, rhythm, and total spatial awareness to command the canvas.
Technical Pad Work: Mitts and Thai pads. This is where we build blistering speed, pinpoint accuracy, and explosive power.
The Grind (Strength & Conditioning): High-octane conditioning challenges designed to test their gas tank, build core strength, and prove to themselves that they can push past their perceived limits.
We aren’t just creating complete martial artists; we are building leaders. A true fighter’s greatest weapon is their mind.
That is why StrikeZone integrates dedicated Leadership Sessions directly fused with the global ethos of Boxing Is Love. We teach the philosophy that martial arts is a tool for radical empowerment and community building. Through these specialized sessions, students will learn:
Accountability & Respect: How to lead by example, respect their training partners, and hold themselves to a higher standard in and out of the gym.
Resilience & Purpose: Channeling the discipline of the ring to overcome life’s obstacles, inspired by the Boxing Is Love mission of using the sport to inspire hope and drive positive change.
The Champion’s Mindset: Understanding that true strength is self-control, and the real fight is always against the voice inside that says “quit.”
Come prepared. The 3-hour session includes scheduled breaks to refuel, but the work is continuous.
Water Bottle: Hydration is mandatory. Bring plenty.
Sweat Towel: You will need it.
Boxing Gloves: Bring your own, or use our loaners.
MMA Sparring Gloves: For participating in MMA sessions
Hand Wraps: Highly recommended to protect your tools.
Mouthguard: To protect yourself during sparring drills
Healthy Snack: Fuel for the mid-session break. Leave the junk food at home.
